A single appointment often involves more than one act. Two signers acknowledging one document, for example, is one first signature plus one additional signature.
Travel
Coming to you is charged separately.
The statute allows a travel fee on top of the fees above, and travel is billed at a two hour minimum, then pro rata after the first two hours.
